Facebook Is Testing A “Downvote” Button

People have been craving for a Downvote button on Facebook, i mean what do you do when you see a fake content or a post you really dislike? The Downvote button would help you do justice to that. This is a way for Facebook users to send a signal to Facebook that a comment is inappropriate, uncivil, or misleading.

the “Downvote” button Facebook is trying will help tidy up a portion of the scornful remarks and phony news posts that are as of now wreaking ruin on the online networking stage.

As indicated by Facebook, the element test will influence around 5% of Android clients who have “English” set as the default language in the application. The downvote button, for the present moment, only shows up on public Page posts, not on Group posts.

Though Facebook said they are not testing a dislike button, that they are exploring a feature for people to give them feedback about comments. This is running for a small set of people in the U.S. only for now.
