Despite the fact that Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ has enough memory, due to one reason or another you might still need to move a portion of the information to SD Card. However, remember that a cheap SD Card could slow your telephone. In this way, should you choose to move applications to SD Card, ensure you have a sufficient SD card.
How to Move Apps to SD Card on Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+
- Launch Settings.
- In Settings App, navigate to the Apps Menu. Tap on Apps Menu to reveal the list of apps installed on your Galaxy S9.
- Now, Tap on the app you want to move to see its details. On App Info Page, Tap Storage and then Tap on Change.
- From the two options Select SD card (select Device memory if moving the app back from SD card).
- Now, wait until the app is moved to SD Card. You cannot use the app while it’s being moved to SD Card.
That’s it! You have successfully moved your apps to SD Card on Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus.
